Duet brides - when and what did you tip?

Hi Ladies - I'm trying to organize my tip envelopes and was wondering how you did things with photogs and videographers....did you tip that night or when picking up pictures after the wedding? Also, I have Sam's team - would I give Sam a certain amount and less to his assistant or give him an amount and let him figure it out? What should I give the videographer.

I tipped at the end of the night. If you wait til you go and pick up your proofs you will not get it give it to them personally.

I just gave one envelope and they could divide it up.
