For those who included the casual day pics as part of your package .... how early before your wedding did you schedule your casual day shoot. I really wanted to know so that the BIG posterboard pic is ready by the wedding date!
We keep procrasinating. I've yet to schedule the date we are planning on taking them and wanted to wait until the weather was nicer..but our wedding is July and I don't want to wait TOO long.. do you think late April is too late (that would be only 3 mos b/f the wedding..)
Also do you recall if you use the same photographers for casual day as you will use for your wedding, and if you have to do casual day shoots during the week? We're planning to take a day off to do out shoot in NYC.

I am having mine on April third in manhattan I just went shopping for it last night
eta - Duet said that you do use the same phtographer for both dyas.

yes i think you have the same photographers b/c nicole has said something about getting to know them and they know how to photograph you... I was told for my feb wedding I should to my casual day pics in the summer.. I think 3 mos is just enough time so if you wanted to do it in april.. seems ok Call nicole and make sure though!

My wedding is 7/4 and I haven't even called to scheduele the casual day shoot. Do they have to be during the week or do you think they do them on the weekends? I guess I should call...

I think you can do them on the weekends but that might depend on if your photogs are busy with other weddings, etc.
I also wanted to try and do it during the week because I figure it wouldn't be as crowded in NYC , as it would be over a weekend.
But I'm sure if you call Nicole she'll let you know.. I have to call her today myself!

Thats a very good question, I was just thinking about it today. We are aiming for June or July absolutely latest. I hope that won't be late. Vain us!! We are putting it off to the last second in order to try and get better weather as well as to try and be in the best shape possible for the pics!!! Does anyone think June or July would be too late to get the picture board by September?

LOL! You read my mind. I thought we were the only ones who were procrastinating because of this! I want to lose around 15 lbs before the casual day shoot, FH wants to lost 10 .. which is why we keep pushing off scheduling it... I know if we wait until late April we can do it, but not any sooner!
I don't think June/July will be too late for your Sept wedding .. I'm trying to do mine only 3 months before as well
I'll FM you when I find out for sure what Nicole says!
