Duet Brides...Help me

Is the tip included in the contract? I don't understand if it is or not-we just booked them this weekend and I am excited for them to shoot our wedding, but I don't know what the tip situation is. Please help me.

At the end of the contract there is a part which stipulates a 10 % gratuity. That was in the contract that we saw in the 2003 contract.
