Duet Photog?

Did anyone else book with Duet? My Wedding was in the begining of August. I still havent received anything back yett. Did anyone else get anything in a shorter time frame? I dont want to call them and annoy them so they rush my pictures, but I want to see some pictures lol #brideproblems

A friend of mine used Duet for her 2011 wedding and had a LOT of problems getting her proofs and her albums...i think it was a year or two later that she got everything finally. She complained on the facebook and tried calling them many times and they just deleted her comments and didn't call her back. From their facebook it looks like quite a few people had this problem too...seems like 2011 was a bad year for them.

I would try calling if I were you and follow up often until you see your proofs. Definitely keep on top of them. If they don't answer promptly enough or give you the answers you need, drop by their office...that works better than unanswered phone calls and emails. Good luck!
