Please don't take this the wrong way, but did anyone have any problems with the language/accents? Were the photographers hard to understand? Eric has an Asian accent and we were able to understand him, but we REAAAALLLLY had to concentrate on what he was saying....
PS: we really liked him a lot. such a nice guy. so hopefully no one takes this post the wrong way.

I am using them and I really did not find it to be a challenge. I don't plan on talking to them much on my wedding day anyhow, they have great photo list and a place for you to put any additions, so I am just going to let him work that day....

This was discussed in a post a while back and those who replied said that the day of, the accents/language was not a problem. I admit (and have admitted) that I was concerned as well, but looking at their albums and seeing their videos, I was confident that there would not be a problem. Plus all the rave reviews I've read here have never mentioned this as a problem.

I just used them for my wedding three weeks ago. I had Eric and two other photographers--I think the one's name was Alfredo or Fernando, don't quite remember, but he spoke the best English--he was just fine and anything that I didn't understand from the others could be translated through him. I had no problems! Waiting ever so patiently to see my proofs.....
