DUET question

DUET question

Today is the 4 week mark on our epics and still no proofs.... is this how long it takes to get your wedding proofs back? I will def. not be happy if that's the case!

call - i had mine after about 3 weeks - but i also took mine in the winter when they were less busy.

you wont be disapointed.

I am not using Duet, but mine were done in a week

My e-pics took 4-weeks also and that was in May.
It depends on the time of year

Did they give you an estimate of when they will be in?

Woo said 2 weeks, Sue said differently after I called on the 2 week mark. My sister got married last week, used Lana Rowe and already has her proofs and they were online after 3 days, same with my brother and Patken. Both of them were in peek season and had no problems. Now I'm just bummed on my choice... granted it's a busy season, but this is their industry, they should be prepared for it.

i got them in 2.5 weeks in early June, sometimes they have more work during peak season so they get backlogged... don't worry, they'lll be available soon

I got the epics back in about 2-3 weeks, but we had ours taken in October. They are extremely busy right now. The wedding pics came in exactly a month to the day of the wedding.
I think they send them out in batches, so it depends on what batch yours are in.
You can always email Sue and ask her what the status is.

It does depend on when you take them. Did you pay for the online proofing?

I got my wedding proofs at 4.5 weeks exactly. They get the shipments from their labs on Tuesday or Wednesday, so I would call today.

Also, I love my proofs. Wouldn't you want them to take a little longer and you love your photos then having them rush them?

aww, i'm sorry you have to wait that long for your pics. i know how excited you must be-- i remember how i couldn't wait to get them back!! my photog actually had them to me later that day. we took our pics in the morning and then i picked them up around 5-6pm... he took them directly to the lab for me. he also emailed me a link about an hour after the shoot was done (as soon as he got back to his office) which was really nice of him! but maybe just try giving them a call at the office and explaining that you are concerned and would like a more specific time/date that they are expected to come in. i'm so sorry again! i wish i had more info but i don't know much about duet.
