Duet Video/Photo

Hey girls !! Ok so yesterday I went to Duet and I love their photography but I was unsure about the video. Can anyone help me and tell me how they are ?
They have great packages if you choose their video but I'm so afraid to make a decision !
One more thing..... I heard they dont go down in price ... but what were you able to get thrown in ?
Please help !! BIG DECISION FOR ME !!

you can ask to see a sample of their video while you are there. i felt their video was basic and decent for what we needed. we just needed a nice capture of our event and the price was right. if you need something more creative or spectacular, you'll probably want to go elsewhere. but its up to you on what you need. for us, duet was perfect.

I wasn't impressed with their video either ... I thought the editing job was too amateur

I don't know what you're looking to spend, but we went with Pennylane Productions for video. They are just for videography, they are on the pricey side and their prices have gone up since we booked with them, but they are above and beyond amazing! Its not your basic video its a wedding movie and justifies the price! When he showed us a past clients video I almost balled my eyes out because I felt like I knew the people!

Sometimes getting video from a separate vendor is cheaper than getting the photo & video package from the same vendor.

I decided to go with Bellarino Video because they specialize in only video, and had what we wanted for a video. Like a lot of videographers, Bellarino offers various types of packages at different prices, so you might have more flexibility in terms of what you get the price you pay. Just a suggestion, of course!

I love Duets photography but that was my problem also I couldn't understand why they wouldn't have video samples of their work. From what I have seen its a basic video simple and sweet I am still thinking about it

I am using DUET for Video and Photo!!!! Their photos are like unreal.. sooo amazing!!!!!!!!!! I used my friend's video ...... (from DUET) to really watch the whole thing through.. it was GRRREAT!!! captured every wonderful moment!!!!!!

I was very close to booking DUET. I was very impressed with the pictures. Their video was nothing great. I felt that they didn't even really show me much of their videos. I felt that that was overlooked on their part. I went and sat down with Lia from Imagine in her own home and she was great!!! She spent so much time with me and showed me great pictures. She also showed me a video and all I have to say was it brought me to tears!!!
