Dulce de Leche ice cream cake

Dulce de leche cake:

4pints dulce de leche ice cream
2pints strawberry sorbet

to make the crust:
5 graham crackers (crumbled)
1tbsp & 1/8 teas salt
5tbsp butter
1/3cup toasted hazelnuts (crushed)

blend together and spread in bottom if spring form pan
bake at 350 until golden (8min)

after its cooled
spread 2 pints softened dulce de leche ice cream then freeze
spread 2 pints sorbet then freeze
spread 2 remaining pints of dulce de leche ice cream
when serving top with strawberries

This sounds yummy. I want to try it
