Dumb addressing question- Dr?

Dumb addressing question- Dr?

Ok, this is dumb, but for some reason I am having a complete brain fart.

The man is a Dr and the wife is not.

Oh, and I am not having inner envelopes bc I have pocketfolds.

is it

Dr. John and Jane Smith

Dr. John and Mrs. Jane Smith

Dr. John and Mrs. Smith

or something else??

I would think Dr. and Mrs. John Smith beacuse usually wyou would do Mr. and Mrs. John Smith.
