So I usually pluck my eyebrows, but decided to get them waxed for the wedding, um, what do i do? do i need pics or anything? or will they just know what to do?

They usually do a pretty good job and know what to do but if you want a certain 'look' then I would definitely tell them before they touch you. Like my girl knows not to take too much off above my eyebrow b/c she did it once and I didn't like the way it looked.

okay, so i just go in, say 'i need my eyebrows waxed' and they'll know what to do, great! I feel so dumb right now

they'll know what to do but make sure you go to someone who is recommended. There are a lot of people out there who don't know what they're doing! I prefer threading, I think they give you the nicest, cleanest shape

i agree, do your research, some places you go to they make your eyebrows too thin and small...I get mine threaded and the shape comes out much better then waxing. If you want them a certain shape then just grow them out a little...

unless u can get a recommendation from a friend or family member & they go with u i wouldnt mess with it, u dont want 2 look like a deer in headlights on your wedding day because everyone doesnt know what they are doing. if u are good @ plucking pluck them on your wedding day, & try out waxing another time.

i am sure you have friends who wax their eyebrows, see which of your friends eyebrows you like and ask where they go. If not ask girls on here for a place you can go, i guess look at their pics to see if you like their eyebrows
you dont have to bring in a pic. Most will clean them up, but you can tell them if you dont want it too thin and ask for a well definied arch for example if thats what youre looking for. Some people you see have round eyebrows, and then theres those who have an arch in the middle so decide which you like.

I used to get my eyebrows waxed and let me tell you- sometimes the lady would F it up. I would get that 'surprised' look which I think looks terrible. I suggest getting them threaded if you want to clean them up. Waxing is not the best way to go IMO.

I definitely would not go to a random place right before your wedding. I have had mine butchered so many times. I finally found a place I love but I get them threaded which is much better.
