Do you like Bearnaise sauce on your filet mignon? My mom seems to think it's great, but I don't know if it's something that not a lot of people like????

mmm i love bernaise but i dont' think i'd have it on top of the filet - for the same reason, i'd be concerned that not everyone who would want steak would like it. it's a bit heavy (and fattening lol)

I can have whatever sauce I want, so I might change it - that's what I was thinking, but my mom loves it, so she assumes everyone does too
