dumb question: What do you put inside a Pillow Sham?

Is it a regular pillow or a special bigger square pillow??

It can be a regular pillow.

Usually its just a standard pillow - i guess depending on the size it could be something else, but if it is, it should say on the packaging (ie, king pillow sham).

There are standard pillow shams, king pillow shams and european pillow shams (square) Just depends on the shape of your sham.

depends, some times a reg pillow doesnt fill it out all the way. I use both the reg and larger size, not in 1 sham- if the sham is too empty with the reg then I use the larger pillow. Hope I made sense.

I use a regular King size pillow

I used very firm, rectangular pillow, so it holds the shape better. I don't know if it was called a sham pillow, but it was standard size,b/c our queen size beddinf said it came with a standard sham.
