Dumb question....what do we do at an e-party

do FH & I just mingle? Feels wierd to be on the hosting end

Yeah just go around and thank people for coming and maybe introduce your BP to everyone.

Definitly walk around and talk to the guests. Try and introduce parts of the families that don't know each other well and try to initiate conversations.

walk around to your friends and family, thank them for coming, take some pictures, eat, drink, relax. try and hang out with his family for a little, then your family, introduce the bridal party, give a little thank you speach to everyone for coming and drink some more.

the time goes very quickly. enjoy every minute of it

ok, does not sound too bad. We pretty much know everyone. VERY SMALL family. 60 guests.

After dinner I presenting the cake I got to fH. and tell him how proud I am of him. (I hope I don't freeze up or worse get teary.)

When should we give our thank you speech? after dinner? I thought it would fit good after I presented cake and we were both up in front. But is that too late in the evening??

I would do the same as WiththisRing mentioned as well as dance!! FH and I danced so much at our e-party. From time to time we switched partners. We also greeted everyone at the door as they were walking in. We chatted for a bit then gave them the place card frame.

yeah I am looking forward to greeting too.

I am making an walkway for balloonw, and then an archway of flowers, tulle and white lights for guests to walk through.

We made sure we walked around and talked to everyone. We did this separately. I sat down at 3 or 4 different tables during dinner and talk to the guests at each table and so did FI. During cake time, we sat together and then when we opened presents some people watched, some came in and out.

FYI and an idea that worked for us: We opened presents at the party and my friend took digital pics. So when I sent the Thank you notes I printed a color copy of FI and I opening that person's present with Thank you card. I got so many compliments via email and word of mouth from my guests. Just an idea. Oh it also worked bec some people weren't there when we opened their present (some people had to leave early, etc...).
