Ok, I'm bored, so I'm sitting here watching that Renovate my Family crap on Fox. So here's my question...what do they do about paying their mortgage on a house that's not the same house anymore? This is why I cannot watch these shows or movies, I want to know the practical side of everything.

Ok, another example of what goes through my head when watchign these shows....who's going to pay the extra electric bill for the stupid air conditioned dog house? So stupid! I cannot take these 'reality' shows!

I'm the same way. I always wonder about stuff like that. There was actually a pretty interesting article in Newsweek a few months ago about how people who are on shows like 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' are facing possible tax problems. You can read it here: Newsweek

not sure, but they took the Biggins family from Trading Spouces and redid their whole house... tore it down and build a new big one in its place. The 'beauty salon' in the daughters room was pretty cool. And the japanese tub (?) in their bathroom
