Dunkin Donuts in Seaford! Vent!

Ok, I just ran out from work(cause its SO DEAD) and got a manicure and decided for some hot mocha latte at Dunkin Donuts. Now, I should of known not to go back from the last time I was there.
Sure enough, I got the same RUDE treatment and Im not ever going back. The gentleman made me look really stupid last time because I asked what the difference of a latte/cappuchino? He sarcastically ran thru it (I still dont know the difference) and yelled it out so everyone could hear. *******! A lady try to cosole me by saying, I didnt know the difference either. I shot back by saying, I can hear..Im not deaf, nor stupid!
So, I go back cause I forget things...and he makes my latte...takes my $$$ and leaves the cups on his end of the register. Uh, can you push them closer??? I had to reach over to get them. The gentleman next to me had ordered coffee and they left it on the other side. So he asked me to hand it to him. I commented with, Not much help around here...SERVICE S*CKS!
I walked our peed that I dropped my latte on the floor! Why are people so MEAN?

I dont know but 7 -11's are starting to get the same way at least the one on old country rd in westbury!!! hugs to you!!!!

You need to be talking to the manager of the establishment or calling their corporate office. Sheesh....

The difference between a latte and a cap is the amount of steamed milk versus the amount of froth. A latte is more steamed milk and little or no froth where a cappie is less milk and more foam.

Debbie, I know--it gets so frustrating when you hate a business, but they are SO convienent & have soemthing you need.
I get hat way with the CVS acros from my apt. I want to Boycot. . .but iis so hard. . .

And it is a huge pet peeve of mine when people in stores don't put your purchase in your side of the counter especailly when they are high, wide counters, I am short & can't reach!

Is that the Dunkin Donuts on 107 in Seaford (by the Hollywood Video & Marshalls)? I'll boycott them! Rudeness like that is just not acceptable!!!
