This is prob a stupid question, but can you dye white satin shoes? And can you dye shoes ivory?

You have to buy dyeable shoes I'm pretty sure, they can't just be any white satin shoe. I'm not sure why there's a difference. But you can get them in ivory if you want.

Grrrrr...I was afraid of that. I found the shoe I want but it only comes in white satin.

You can always call a shoe store and ask. Don't get too discouraged! Post a pic - maybe the 09ers can find something similar for you!

They come in Navy! You should have your BMs in navy and then you could wear them! That's something I would totally do if I loved a pair of shoes enough. But I'm crazy.
I also found silver and red.
I also found this but I don't know how well it would work ************************************************************ Yes you can dye white dyable shoes to off white with tea. I JUST did it right now. I made a strong tea with hot water and a bit of vinegar ( which I used to dye my veil), then, I used one of the tea bags and rubbed it on the shoes lightly. I just did it as a test to see if it worked and it was great! They are now exactly like my dress (off white/ light ivory).

Oh I would love navy just to have! I love that shoe! Thanks for looking. I iwsh they had ivory.
