Try zappos.com or shoes.com they have reasonable prices and a no charge return policy (I think they let you return up to 6 months later or something crazy like that!)

me too. my BFF's sister works there and my BFF is getting married, and we went to look at dyeable shoes there because im a BM...
large selection, all different types, from flats to chunks to wedges to stilettos... completely dyeable to any color if you have the swatch (i think).
i recommend it.

I had to die my bm shoes pink for a recent wedding. I went to Rhea Nichols in Rockville centre...they guy there was really nice and I told him I wanted the cheapest shoes b/c i would probably never wear them again. He brought me out really nice shoes for $30, and they dye them for free!

I don't know if they still do it but Payless used to have dyeables. I don't remember the pricing it was like 5 years ago but I'm pretty sure they still have them & they are cheap!!
