Is it possible to dye your crinoline if it's sewn into the dress? All the how-to's I've read involved a separate crinoline slip that they throw in the washing machine with dye.

That sounds extremely tricky! I would ask who ever is going to do the fittings on your dress and make any alterations if she has any suggestions.
What color do you want it to be?

I think it's a great idea. Maybe she can remove the slip and you can buy a new one to dye... you can get slips like that for about $20-$30.
