dyi brooch bouquet

Ok so I want to make my own brooch bouquet bc buying it is very expensive.....I've seen those things go for as much as $500!!
Anyway I.also thought it would be nice to make it a little sentimental. I told my mom to give a photo in my shower invite and say instead of a wishing well Rose asks each guess to get her a brooch for her brooch bouquet so she can carry a piece of all her guests down the aisle.

Here's my question, my mom is freaking out about cost abs inconvenience for my guests!!
Where can my guest buy inexpensive brooches? Is there an etsy shop I could provide them with? Or a good website? This way they don't have to go hunting all over the internet or thrift stores!!!

dyi brooch bouquet - Long Island Weddings

I had mine made on etsy for 310. It came out amazing! :) I can give you the vendor if you like however I recommend ordering now. It takes about 8 months.
I do love your idea of asking a guest to bring one to the shower. I recommend going to places like a thrift store. Usually they are pricy if you don't but whole sale. I can also recommend going to forever 21 or smaller boutique shops in a mall.
I also recommend going to places like Mandee or Annie Sez to look in their jewelery dept. I think it can be done for under $10 pp :)

Where did you buy yours from? My mom was going to make me a brooch bouquet, but after starting to buy brooches it is going to end up becoming more expensive than just purchasing one.

I used silk hydrangeas just for the shape. You don't see them they are under the brooches. I will try to upload one later. It isn't finished yet though.
