Dying Badgley Mischka Shoes
I have a pair of White Badgley Mischka shoes that I want to dye ivory and my mom took them to Sandy's shoes to dye them and they wouldnt, saying the shoes don't dye well. But the shoes are supposed to be dyeable.Does anyone have experience dying badgley mischka shoes ivory? Can I leave my shoes white with an ivory dress?
Any advice would be helpful! I have 5 weeks till the wedding and the 2nd dress fitting is next week (where they shorten the dress) - i dont want to go shoe shopping all over again!

Re: Dying Badgley Mischka Shoes
No experience dying Badley Mischka, but you should be fine with the white shoes. Your feet will be mostly covered all day and once the photos are edited and everything, you won't be able to see any difference in the coloring. Case in point... my FG dresses were white, my dress was ivory. Here's how they looked next to each other in the pro photos.

Are the shoes truly white? I have Badgely Mishka shoes for my wedding also. The designer calls them white, but they match my light ivory dress perfectly.

The shoes really are truly white...these are them:http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/badgley-mischka-lacie-pump/3177922?cm_cat=datafeed&cm_ite=badgley_mischka_'lacie'_pump:328251_1&cm_pla=shoes:women:sandals/slides&cm_ven=Froogle&mr:referralID=NA&mr:trackingCode=1E718FF4-974A-E011-B08E-001517B1882A
in the white satin color.
My dress is really a light ivory, but i really don't want them to clash... I cannot wear a very high heel and these seem to work perfectly for me, with the exception of the dyeing issue.
I have my 2nd fitting in a week and i MUST have my shoes decided on by then ... is there any place in NYC that you girls know of for bridal shoes?

I have the same shoes - Love them! I went for my first fitting last night. They match my light ivory dress perfectly. I had ordered a few pairs of other shoes that were called ivory and they were too dark for my dress.
