Just run your crinoline thru a plain wash cycle to remove any dye that might stain your dress or shoes.
Cute idea though.

That's really cool but I'm not sure what this is all for? Does it give a cool effect? Can you see it under your dress? Love the shade, you did a great job.

did the dye do anything to your washing machine? I'd be afraid it would ruin clothes in the load done afterwards..

as soon as your done i mean like RIGHT AFTER YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE MACHINE you run a water load with 2 cups of bleach and 1 cup of detergent...my dad helped me he said it really wasnt too bad.

i used the boxed rit dye from craft store cost like 3 bucks

The outside...

I think its so funny the ribbon tie dyed so well and the rest didnt.

So did the lace trim

Pic of the crin. it took so well

i was a little upset that the outside layer really didt take but then agin when i think about it.. i think they pink if it took like the string tie you might have seen it through tthe dress and i think it looks like i purposly dyed it to look like this!! But all in all..

I LOVE IT !!!! AND SUPER EASY!!!
