Dysfunctional In laws

OK, Done Venting...Youcan pick your friends and you can pick your nose and you can pick your friends nose, but you can;t pick your family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugggghh! How annoying!
I don't think I could handle bad in laws. By some miracle mine turned out OK.

I just say ignore them as much as possible. Let them say what they have to say and do whatever you need to do.

Holly-I feel your frustration, Love my FSIL's and FBIL's, but my FMIL is so annoying

Well, at least DH thinks the same way as I do...he gets soo aggravated with them...

Its times like these that we are really happy we live in RI and they live in NJ...AND nobody has made the effort to even come visit us since FH graduated college in 1999...yet, they can say 'we never see you, come visit us, bla bla bla'

OMG! Do we have the same in-laws???? Number of times JT's parents visited him and us in MA.........ZILCH! Number of times they b-tched that we didn't go see them.........COUNTLESS! ARGH!

uuugh...my parents come about every other month or so, we go shopping, out to eat, bowling, you name it....

When his did come that one time for his birthday, they got here at 4, we ate dinner at 6 and they wanted to goto the dog track (it has video slots too) and then they wnet to their hotel, we ate breakfst with them the next day and they then went back to NJ.....


Soooo....DH is quite content with them NOT coming becuase basically all we do is eat with them and thats it....

I didn't get to read the post, but I can't STAND mine either!

Same here. mil didn't for our wedding , but added stress.
