Re: E-Bay , can you return?
Talk to the seller but ebay is normally 'no returns'....

I would definitely write to them,. don't leave any feedback yet...they will help you because nobody on there wants bad feedback!!!

definitely check out the seller's return policy. also review the original ad--and measure the topiaries to see if there are definite discrepancies. if it looks like you were given something that wasn't right, and the seller refuses to help--you can go thru paypal and dispute the charge.

If you paid with paypal, I think you can. I'd check that out.

I would try and return them if you are not happy- i sell things on there and i always take them back- just good business- if they won't let you return, contact paypal and see if you can get your money back that way..
otherwise try reselling them on ebay- so you recoup your money

If the seller says you can return then yes but if they say no returns then I dont think you can.

SO I can dispute w/ paypay? if the seller refuses, I wasn't the only bidder so hopefully that works in my favor

Re: E-Bay , can you return?
you can't just dispute with paypal. i sell a lot on ebay and i always have a no return policy, but i clearly state that in the auction. contact the seller maybe she will let you return. see if she has anything written ab a return policy in the listing. otherwise you might be out of luck. it is very difficult to have paypal refund you the money and can take a long time and they usually almost always side with the seller. your best bet if she says you cannot return it is to re list it. sell it on ebay yourself.
