e-bay sellers

Especially danielle&scott(for helping me yesterday)...well the person who said my playstation he cbought was broken will accept a $25 refund and keep the games ( as you all suspected) so I'm having him mail it back...how do I do a refund, just searched e-bay and can't find anything on there to tell me how? Anyone had to do this before?
p.s He paid by Paypal...

You don't do it through ebay...you sign into your paypal account and you just send him money like you are about to pay him for an auction. Use his email address that he used to pay you with and send him his $25 back.

I figured that he was sending you back a broken ps1...probably one he had laying around.

Now just put that unit back on ebay...as broken...Sold as is....Put it up for $5.99 starting bid and let it go. I am sure you will sell it.

Also dont send the money until he returns the unit to you...and you inspect it.
