E-part envelopes....

For single guests, should I address the outside Mr......& guest?

When people RSVP (by phone) is it ok to ask how many are attending???

Yep..

It would read

Michael Smith and Guest

or

Michael Smith & Guest

and you can DEF ask them how many people..

Are they RSVPing to a home phone?

I did it to my cell phone and I changed my voice mail message to accommodate the RSVP's..

I said

Hi,you've reached marcella and todd, please leave a message after the tone.

if this is with regards to the 8/9 e-party, please leave your full name, message and kindly include the number of people in your party.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on August 9!

Thanks.. I shut my cell phone off all day and just checked the messages periodically throughout the day.. some people left soem really funny messages lol
