e-party dilemma

So my mom is throwing FH and I an e-party in august. I didn't want anything sit down, but thought it would be cool and different to do a cocktail party instead.

Unfortunately, I do not know of any other caterers besides elegant eating in the Smithtown/Hauppague area that would do something like that and that has the wait staff to pass trays around.

Any ideas?
