E-party guest list??

E-party guest list??

FH has alot of friends he is going to invite to the E-party and most of the don't have girlfriends they are serious with. Do I have to invite them with a guest? I really would like to minimize the amount of friends we invite because I don't want it to turn into a drinking party. I want it to stay classy.

For my eparty we just did close friends & family... i think its fine just to invite them solo if they are not serious

WHAT!! I don't understand how people can do that. I am afraid his friends are just going to show up if they aren't invited because his friends are used to being invited to parties by word of mouth and this isn't like that. I don't want people just showing up. My friends DH is a cop so I'll just tell him he's on duty for me...lol

I had one that wasent invited and just showed up...he went up to my mom and said this was the best eparty he had ever been to and he wasent even invited

If you wanted to keep it more intimate and minimized then I wouldn't invite them with guests. You don't want ppl you don't know at your e-party. Maybe you can consider it for the wedding instead. Maybe have FH mention that unfortunately they cannot brings guests because of room and budget issues to one of his friends and hopefully that friend will spread the word.

Definitely limit the party. Mine got out of hand and was a disappointment because we invited too many people. Good luck!

mine got out of hand also...we wanted about 80 people...ended up inviting 136 and had 97 show..craziness...like a mini wedding
