Can anyone give suggestions of where to have a cocktail-style enagagment party in Manhanttan? I have checked around a few places and I am getting quotes of $100pp for 2 hrs! Does anyone know of anything more reasonable?
Have you checked out Moran's? I believe if you do a search they have a website.. =)

yes.. Moran's Downtown.. I've heard about people having parties there, I've never been to a formal affair, but from what I've read here and other boards, they put on a great party without breaking the bank!.. Def check them out..

Moran's is a cute place, fireplaces and such. And the bartenders are so nice!
