So, I ordered my e party invites on ebay. The seller emailed me the proofs and I approved them. I was looking at them again and instead of 'for AN engagement party' it says 'for A engagement party'. Now engagement party is on the next line but my question to you is, do you think it is bad that it has a grammatical error on them? I asked the seller to change it but they said they already shipped them out, so I am a little upset. What do you think? TIA!!

Re: E Party Invite Dilemma
I think and this is being honest. When people read that, their going to notice the grammer. I know I would. But you never know, to some people it's not a big deal. Thats a shame that they sent them out already. Good Luck though

I think I wouldnotive to. I made such a big deal about it when FH and I were makingout invites. He was getting frustrated cuz he didn think it was a big deal but I did. I know Im the kind of person who read the whole invitation, My parents on the other hand just read the place, timeand date and then just put it in a draw until the day of.Good Luck doll!!

This stinks and I would notice. This is a tough one... I wonder if you could say that you were proofing for spelling of your names, the layout, etc. and didnt bother to do a grammar check becuase you assumed that was their responsibility?
I would think that they would be embarrased that they let this slip.
If they dont own up to it, you could always have fun with it and put a little note in the invite that prizes will be given out to the people that spot the error first?

Re: E Party Invite Dilemma
that stinks, but people may not notice. I just received a wedding invite that said 'scared Heart Church', rather than 'Sacred Heart Church'. My dad caught it and told me about it, but I didn't notice it. I asked my FI to read it and had to point out the error because he didnt notice it either.

Re: E Party Invite Dilemma
In my opinion if any one notices thats their problem. I hope everything worked out!
