Ok so in my albums are my E-party invites. I set them up yesterday and they had my last name and phone number on them!!! YIKES.. I cant figure out how to post them on here so check out my album!!!!!

wait so when are you sending them out? bc the rsvp date is supposed to be about a month before the party which would mean feb 25th...Or wait youre not doing it at a catering hall right? or a restaurant?

No we are doing a fire house, we are sending then out on the 19th and our friends and family knows about the party already. The RSVP is just really for us to have a general head count, we are planing on @ 150-ish coming

hmmm try sending out before the 19th then, bc first off that is presidents day so means they wont get sent out until the 20th, and people will receive it the earliest on the 21st...Trust me people take FOREVER, i gave them a month and i still had people call AFTER our rsvp date to tell us they were coming, and EVEN NOW!!!!!!! fh has been calling this week bc there were some people that didnt answer yes or no.
Plus you never know who will come and who wont, theres very few who you can guarantee...Theres people i didnt even know if they would come and they were the first ones to rsvp and then others i thought were gonna come but they had booked a trip from a while ago...and theres many cases like this...I also got LAST week a return to sender, so it took about 3 weeks to send it back to me, i felt sooo horrible...we went that day to drop it off at the persons house.
Trust me its a pain, i had to call CLM to tell them the headcount and i havent been able to bc i dont know the exact head count
