E-party question-

E-party question-

Is my dad really supposed to give a toast?

As far as tradition and etiquette, I have heard that. But, I feel you should be free to do whatever you want and what you are comfortable with! As far as the toast and who should do it; these things should be totally up to you!

The only toast that is happening at ours is FI is going to thank everyone for coming and how we look forward to celebrating with them on our wedding date.

I have never been to an E-paarty and neither has my family...we are in a unique situation...FIs parents are giving it, and we have no idea even what to expect....so only time will tell I guess!

I recently had my e-party and FI parents threw it for us. My FI father gave the toast.

We through the party with the help of my family, but it was a beach BBQ and a formal toast did not really fit in. We personally thanked everyone for coming, but there was no toast.
