I ordered a dress I love! This is a picture of the dress I ordered for my December 18th engagement party. I wanted to wear red for the party so I would kind of stand out and since it's near the holidays I thought it would be nice.
But now here is my question...it shows the girl wearing black shoes in the picture. Should I go with black or a different color? I'll add a pic of the shoes I like too...they come in different colors.
Ahh it's so hard to choose! But all of you lovely ladies all have such nice taste so I would appreciate any input! =)
I think the red and champagne would look more holiday if you are interested in that. It would be cute if you matched your jewelry (like yellow gold)

I was thinking silver too but the shoes don't come in silver =( and I just am so in love with the shoes!

Thanks girls for all of your input so far! They are from Zappos so it's free shipping and return shipping so I may order both and see how they look with the dress!

That too bad, dont you hate that. When your NOT looking for a specific color, you see them all time in the stores. When you do need them..you can't find them Go with the black...they are some HOT shoes!!!

I would have such a hard time deciding between the 2... but I think the black is more wintry and more seasonally appropriate, so I would lean an IOTA that way...
but the champagne is fantastic too... think about what would be more versatile for your own wardrobe... do you have a lot of black shoes already? Black shoes are a staple, maybe you need a new pair? If you don't then maybe the champagne is a welcome edition so you can wear them in the future..?
Either way, I love the dress and the shoes, you're going to look fantastic!

i would say any option is a great option...however with the balck shoes you will be able to find a black wrap easier, a black clutch easier and all silvery type jewelery (if thats the route you are going) will match easier too! hth! xo
