Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
Id love to help. We got a great deal at a place in rockaway, buffet brunch (Alot of out of towners)
If you have a lot of people traveling its better to have a early party..
Invite only those who are invited to the wedding..
Umm...lets see what elseI can help with

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
I'm having mine at the Harbor Light in Rockaway. Becuse its early the owner of the resturant is giving us the ENTIRE lower level for guests. We got a bunch of extras so it ends up being close to 70 pp, BUT they have a 'short' buffet for less hours (we have four hours) for 35 pp (No cake or cookies)

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
Our eparty at home cost a total of $400.00-$450.00
Our family cooked and we purchased liquor and decorations
but again it was a really old school house party...but it was fun as hell!!!
We spent about 20 bucks on invites made at vista print..

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
4 hours - Sunday
Villa Umberto's $55.00 Per head Open Bar (includes Martinis & Cosmos) 4 hot Passed Hor'devours 4 Appetizers(all 4 each guest receives on a plate) Waldorf Salad Penne Alla Vodka 4 Choices of Entrees Cake/ Cookies/Chocolates Cordials/Coffee/Tea/ Espresso/Cappucino
I had 80 guests & it cost total $4700.00 (does not include DJ/CPs/invites/favors & extra gifts for my FG & RB)
Hope that helps you girls looking into Eparties!
PS> FH's dad does know the owner so the price may be a little different - also Fh friend is a DJ so that didnt cost us to much more)
All together I guess it cost us about $5800.00 with all the extras. Sorry i should have said that before.

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
Well I am still in the beginning process of planning mine, but we are going to do a backyard BBQ type thing- pool, horsehoes, volleyball, music, and good food! We are thinking of either doing a Fiesta or Luau theme.
We got our invites from Walmart - about 75 for $20 so far!!
and we plan on not spending a lot of money- recruiting family and friends to help cook and bring stuff!

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
I am having my eparty in July at the White Whale in Seaford (on the marina).
The venue is half indoors, half outdoors. My party req's were 50 min - 70 max, $30 each for 6 buffet options, salad, bred rolls, rice pilaf and a dessert bar. Unlimited wine, beer and soda.
Unfortunately no music options and they can purchase linens and flowers.
Hope this helps!

Re: E PARTY SUGGESTIONS W/DETAILS...
We aren't even having one!! No one really lives around here, so if we have one, it will be small or require everyone to travel to VA (it's actually easier for me to have the wedding in NY than it is to do anything here). I'm jealous!! I wish we were having one!
