My e-pic shoot was scheduled for tomorrow at 3pm at the NY Botanical Gardens, however it is supposed to be 100+ degrees tomorrow and I really don't feel like schlepping thru the gardens and being a melty, sweaty mess in my pics. I emailed my photog and she said maybe we can do something earlier at 8am (before it gets too hottt), but the gardens don't open till 10am
I would prefer NOT to reschedule for another day b/c FH is on vacation this week and my photog is going away on Thurs so tomorrow would be ideal with our schedules.
Any advice on where we can go at 8am to take nice outdoor pics, or public places where we can go around 3pmish to take indoor pics? Also,, we aren't into the whole urban feel, so no grafitti backgrounds. And no Whitestone bridge b/c that's where we are taking wedding pics. Oh, and this would need to be in the 5 boros.

you need a permit for Grand Central.
if you are going to be in Arthur Ave you should GO THERE! there is a closed market that is AWESOME and adorable. you can take some cool urban shots and pretend like you are in Italy!
