what did you or do you plan to wear for your engagement photo shoot?

and where are you taking pics ??

ive actually had 3 rounds of epics

the 1st was in studio with our photog, and i wore a br dress

the 2nd we took at the ny public library, madison square park, and the subway...i wore an anne klien dress

the 3rd we took in boerum hill, bk, and i wore a black dress with a grey/tweed overcoat (express), black tights and black heels

very nice! i got a dress from express today, i dont love it but i bought it in case i dont find anything else i like. my fh is telling me to wear jeans because it makes certain shots easier to take and pose ( hes a photog so he knows from experience) but i want to change also so we can have a couple diff looks going on.

ehhh i wore dresses in all mine-if you look in the 2nd ones im sitting on the floor-i was moving all over the place

i think it depends how comfy the dress is

I'm taking mine at NYPL, bryant park and times sqaure and I'm torn as well. I have no idea if i should wear a dress or pants. I know I would def be more comfortable in pants.
i was thinking skinny black pants with a cute blazer or boyfriend jacket but i really dont know!

cute, yeah i was thinking like dressy skinny jeans and maybe a dressy shirt from bebe they always have cute stuff in the spring/summer..its so stressful lol ive been searching for a while cuz i fig maybe ill find something when im not looking and i already bought 3 dresses hahah but not sure if any of them are appropriate

We took ours on Roosevelt Island...the queens side and manhattan side so we got pics with both backgrounds, as well as the lighthouse.

I wore a cotton white summery dress from target. I wanted it to be tight fitted because I feel like they're more flattering than the flowy dresses.

Since ours is in Midtown i felt like a casual city look was more appropriate
