E-Pics Tomorrow - Questions

Hi ladies!!!

We're finally doing our e-pics tomorrow with Danny from Duet.

1 - Do they normally call or email to confirm your e-pics appt? I sent and email this morning to confirm but I was sure if I was just being a little over-diligent.

2 - Should we tip them? I think I've read mixed reviews on this. I'm thinking no, since we're tipping them at the wedding.

I'm so excited to be doing our e-pics finally...I'll be wearing whatever I wear to work tomorrow since it will be at 5pm here in LIC. I'm hoping that the park police at Gantry do not kick us out for lack or permit...though when i called they said it's only necessary when you're actually wearing a wedding dress.

I had emailed with my photographer before epics.

I hope you'll be fine without a permit. For e-pics i had no problem at gantry park, i even saw one of the park employees there and they said nothing. For wedding we got kicked out luckily we were going to 2 locations anyways but still wish we got more pics in at gantry park, we had just a few. But this was a wedding so a bit too obvious lol. But yeah i guess what they said is true, they only make you get a permit for your wedding day

My friend who lives in the citylights beuilding told me to try to take pics around sunset that it's just beautiful...he even sent me a pic from his apt's view.

I love it!! I hope we end up getting some pics at sunset..maybe not as dark as it is in the pics but still with the sun setting over the skyline

I'm sooo excited.

Have fun taking your pictures...At first I was embarassed that I waited so long (we just did them last week) but now I'm glad b/c it gave me a chance to work with my Day Of photographer and I am horrble when people take pictures of me so I am glad I waited and had a little practice.

I cannot believe you need a permit to take wedding pictures in the park but not for anything else. Weird.
Sounds like the hotel I'm staying at for the wedding.

I asked if it was okay to take a few pictures on the way out to the limo the day of my wedding and they said 'well Maam, it's $1100 site fee to take pictures'

Um Yah, imagine that! I'll find another place to take my pictures.
