Re: E-ring
I've never cleaned it, and it still looks pretty clean to me.
I wear it pretty much all the time...unless I know I'm going somewhere 1) sketchy or 2) where I might wind up having a crazy night (like Halloween)

Re: E-ring
i wear mine at all times- except to shower and wash dishes- i sleep with it on too- although I heard sleeping with it on is bad, the blankets can pull on the prongs and loosen the setting over time?
for a quick clean, I rinse it with vodka-yup vodka! I read it in a bridal magazine--- the ring comes out super shiny!
anytime i go to the mall i have it professionally cleaned- most jewelry stores will do it for free

i do the same thing but i do half windex, half water. and i let it soak for hours! simple green works even better!

Re: E-ring
Its always good sometimes to take it to your jeweler to have it re-dipped in Rhodium. It brings back the bright color of the ring, due to fading it tends to look dull. I am actually going tomorrow to have it re-dipped, polished and cleaned before the holidays. I love it when its done because it looks brand new when they are finished with it.

I soak it in Windex for 2-3 minutes (dont oversoak), then in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Then clean it with a soft toothbrush and blow dry it. I read it on E-how and it works great.

Re: E-ring
I wear mine everywhere except in the shower, to the gym, or if I'm going swimming/to the beach. I clean it about once a month with this: It takes like a minute to do!
