the jewelry cleaner in the red container you can find it at walmart or BBB. I clean mine at least once a week.

Re: E-ring

The best way to clean it is at the jeweler's. They use steam. But for a quick clean, use really hot water and an old soft toothbrush. That's what I use with most of my stuff... (My cousin told me that every so often she uses her own toothbrush after she brushes with the toothpaste still on it... her rings are always new-looking)

Be careful with some of those jewelry cleaners. Definitely invest in a good one, don't go cheap... Some are made for different metals and it's not clear which (even though your diamonds will be fine...)

I've heard windex, too!! with hot hot water...

On another note, do you ladies wear yours all the time, or take it off at bed, in the shower, when you're home? I don't know what to do. I don't want to take it off!!!!!!!

I haven't cleaned mine... ever! I really should I guess... I'm nervous about the jewelry cleaner (I got the red container one from bb&b) but I should just **** it up and do it sometime.

As far as the other question... I wear my rings EVERYWHERE... to bed, to shower, at the gym!!! I love them.

I don't wear my ring in the shower or when I wash the dishes...I am like obsessed with taking care of it and keeping it clean. I clean it like once a week or once every other week.

That red stuff (connoisseurs) works like magic. I use it once a week and it makes my ring super sparkly!

yep I use the red stuff too! It says its safe for platinum. My first time using it was today...it definitely worked! I wear my gym everywhere except gym and shower.

I take it to the store and get it cleaned like every other month. In between if it looks dirty, I use toothpaste and it makes it all shiny

I don't wear my ring to bed, in the shower, or when I'm cleaning, even after being re-sized 3 times its still a little loose on my finger

Re: E-ring

I used to clean mine daily with ammonia and hot water.

My rings were super shiney but eventually, the gold looked dull. So, the jeweler told me not to do this anymore and he redipped my ring so it looked new again.

Now, I use the jewelery cleaner jars once in a while or just make a trip to my guy to have my rings steamed.

I use the cleaner the jeweler gave fh. I've gone to see her a couple of times to get it clean.
