I use Allstate. I have a rider that is attached to my rental policy. It is $22 per 1,000 insured.

Re: e-ring insurance
If you have renter's or homeowners insurance you can get your ring insured as a rider, if you don't then you can get a personal property insurance policy. One thing to look for: my fi really wanted to get the $ that the ring was appraised for and not a replacement diamond - Chubb will only give you a replacement. He went with State Farm and got what he wanted.

Re: e-ring insurance
We got ours through State Farm insurance. They gave all sorts of discounts because all our insurance is through them.

Re: e-ring insurance
Chubb gives you the money for the ring if it lost, stolen, etc. not a replacement diamond. That's one of the reasons I went with them b/c a lot of companies do give you a replacement and not the $$:
This is taken from their website:
Unlike other insurance companies, Chubb does not require you to replace the ring and will offer you a prompt cash settlement for the itemized amount of coverage after a covered loss. However, if you decide to purchase a new ring, Chubb allows you to use the jeweler of your choice, instead of steering you towards an 'approved list' of jewelers.

Re: e-ring insurance
I have renter's insurance through metlife. I added it to the policy. It covers the ring if it get's lost, stolen, missing, if the diamond falls out etc..and it's covered anywhere is the world. It depends on how much the total ring is appraised for i don't remember what is it's per 1,000. My renters insurance isn't a lot at all and that covers everything I own including the ring.
