E-ring......anyone's really loose because it's cold??
I know this sounds silly....but my e-ring is a loose and I think its only due to the cold. Once I get warmed up and my finger swell a little its ok.
Anybody have the same thing?? I also have a knife edge band (Tiffany Setting) so its a thin band.
Its already been resized...after we got engaged. I just don't want to keep resizing it and wearing away the platinum.

I had the same problem for a bit. I had to resize my ring 3 times! I have small fingers, thats about it... After this summer, I realized that the ring was still spinning on my finger. I didnt want to resize my finger for the 4th time so I opted for the balls. It almost like a ring guard. Its added to the ring and now it fits perfect and if I ever gain any weight, all I have to do is remove the balls.

That happens to me too. It gets really loose if i wash my hands with cold water. I'll wait to get it resized until the summer.

I have the same problem. As soon as the weather starts to get warm again you should be fine.

mine too - so i got a ring guard on it- $4.00 at the jewelry place. it stays on great and when your fingers get bigger you can take it off.

yep, it happens to me. and if i'm in a place its really warm, it starts to feel a little tight, heat causes things to expand, cold causes them to contract. (sorry I'm a science teacher )

This has been happening to me a lot lately. I just opted for a ring guard, which the jeweler put on for free. I think I am going to wait until the summer to decide if I will resize or not.h

This was happening to me so before the winter this year, I made FH get it made smaller...It still gets loose but nothing like it was...I can deal with it the way it is now...If I got the ring smaller, come summer time, I would not be able to get it off!

OMG yes!!! My ring is sooo loose that I can twirl it around my finger all day. It's funny, we were engaged in May when my fingers were swollen and I had to get the ring resized to an 8. Now it seems a 7 would fit just fine, but I know my fingers will swell back up in the summer again.

Hey girls...the same thing was happening to me nonstop a couple months ago b/c of the cold and b/c i lost some weight. But I didn't want to resize it so I went a jeweler and he added a little band underneath (i forgot what it's called) and I adjust the size everyday. The only minus is that you take a chance of there being a tiiiinnnnny scratch underneath the ring, but to me that's much better than losing it. Hope this helps.
