ear pressure!!!!!!!! OWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just got woken up by the worst ear ache ever ive been sick with a cold for the past week and my ears kept popping during the weekend and OMG my ear i cant stand the pain,, the pressure is unbearable, should i go see a DR this morning???
