Hi! My FI got me diamond stud earrings on my birthday and had asked me to wear them on our wedding day. The only problem is that they hide with my dress and hair. The look I am going for is kind of dramatic and I want something that dangles more.. I heard that there are pieces that can attach to your actual stud..did anyone else hear of these and if so, where can I buy them??
The other thing..I can't NOT wear the stud earrings. I think he would be hurt if I didn't.

Interesting..I already have second holes, and I was going to wear the diamond studs my FH got me for our 2 year dating anniversary...I guess it pays to have cooky high school compulsions! one thing though, if you are going to get another hole, DO IT NOW! You don't want to risk having an infected ear on your wedding day! It will have plenty of time to heal and all.
Oh..and be sure your FIL arn't too conservative, they might mind the second hole more than the absence of an earing!

It's funny you say that ROBNETTE. ..when I told my FIL..she gave me a crazy look ..I still don't know what I am going to do..I'm going to check out Bloomingdales and MAcy's.

I saw something awesome on a coworker of mine . . . it was like a earring jacket, but it went behind her ear where the post is. So you see the stud and the something dangling from behind your ear. Maybe you can do this if you find the right kind of jacket!
