East End Hotels

Hi Girls. I am looking to do a room block at a hotel close to wading river. I maxed out at East Wind until December but, need a hotel that provides shuttle service. I heard the holiday inn does with a certain amount of rooms but idk how many I would need. Also I am considering doing another block a little further west to keep the price down. I do not want to pay for a shuttle so i really could use help! Thanks

I have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead and unfortunately they charge (A LOT) for the shuttles. The room rate in June is $250

That is crazy! they are always just sitting there and it's only 10 miles mayyyybe away!

Try crown plaza? something like that in holtsville/ holbrook. we looked at a place that recommended there and i remember them saying that was the only place in the vicinity with shuttles. that should be 15 mins? away.

Check out Hotel Indigo, had my room black there and we had shuttles. It was awesome and the prices were better than Holiday Inn and Hilton Garden Inn!

try to call a local limo company. when our original hotel shut down, we were forced to find a shuttle company because the new one didnt offer it. i called a place i knew of near our venue and it was only $200 for 2 hrs each way.
