I am going to have a small wedding 90-110 people. My fi and I went to the showcase on sunday to see the property. Country Gardens would be the right size for us.
Has anyone had any experience with this caterer? We plan on getting married May/June 2003 and we just started looking. So far for a decent price EastWind and Watermill seem pretty nice.

and it was wonderful. The ceremony was outside in the courtyard. The food was wonderful and it was a very classy affair. It was a little too far for us otherwise we would have considered it for our wedding.
I went to a wedding there in the Fall.
It was a large wedding 300+, but I know the food and service was great. They had sooo much food at the cocktail hour that I didn't even finish my dinner. I remember liking everything I tried.
I have been to a few of their bridal expos and the food is consistant, always good! We are using the Country Gardens and having the ceremony there as well and I have been VERY happy with all my dealings so far!! I spent about an hour at one expo in the Country Gardens dining room with the maitre d John and he WAS SO GREAT!! Offered lots of suggestions and my girls and I threw TONS of questions at him and he was so helpful and fun too!! Good choice if you use them!
I have heard nothing but good reviews of East Wind, and I am so excited to be getting married there! We are also getting married at Country Gardens... it's just so pretty there! The people there have been great with our questions, and I feel really confident with them on my wedding day! If anyone has gotten married there in April I would love to hear about it!
