We're going for the express purpose of seeing the renovations and measuring the dance floor! Got to work out all the choreography for the first dance ya know!

Actually, Memorial Day weekend is our best man's wedding anniversary. We are expected to be out in Quogue at their summer home for the anniversary celebration.

Actually, Memorial Day weekend is our best man's wedding anniversary. We are expected to be out in Quogue at their summer home for the anniversary celebration.

Hey Girls -

Went for the menu appt, and it was tough to negotiate, although they're doing the cake I love (brought a pic with me to show them).

We did swap out some menu stuff - instead of the veal or pork, we're doing the salmon and stuffed shrimp. And, we opted out of the roasted chicken for another chicken dish.

I'm getting soooooo excited!

We're doing the Chicken Papu - it's a stuffed chicken dish. The herb roasted sounded good too, but it's on the bone, so we opted out of it.

the herb roasted still sounds good, and Mike (my BM) indicated it was a favorite there.

I think you need to provide the anmeties basket. We're getting married at the Estate, and since there are two bathrooms (one in the lobby, and one in the back of room), we are doing two ladies room baskets.
