Update....
I called Frank (my BM) again today and confirmed that if even though I am already booked with Eastwind, if I happen to win the free wedding ( i know hahahaha the chances are slim to none) they will discount around $7,500 off my contract price....again I have only put my deposit down so I don't know how that would work if you already have paid more than the deposit.....
so I will definetely be there on thursday... it's worth a shot......

There was a sign up form online but I can't even find it anymore now it says that you can call for reservations.... 631-929-6585

update: spoke to lady at east wind- she told me that the sign up for the contest ended on the 19th...AND since I am aleady booked i wouldnt win anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hmmmm if that is true fine...but i dont like when different people say different things...

yup...FI will be going late if he will at all, (his daughters communion rehearsel is tonight)
As for now I am going with my sister, FYI - if you are not a bride or groom it's $10

That is so weird....Yeah I definitely don't like that we are being told 2 different things
I just want to know for sure because I would go to another showcase and not this one because this one is going to be packed......

what other showcases are tonight????? it was doubtful that i would win anyway, but i am kind of ticked
(the lady said my mom wouldnt have to pay since FH wont be there...she is just holding two tickets...i guess it doesnt matter who the two are)

There will only be 1 showcase tonight but my BM said that every few months they have a showcase but he mentioned that this one will have a lot more people than normal because of the Free Wedding giveaway.
If by some fat chance i win ( ) I will definitely let them know that I have been told twice that I would be able to win...... hmmmm.......

LOL- CT is only about 2 hours away...I do the trip VERY OFTEN now that I am wedding planning... but the funny part is that when i spoke to her it was about 10:15 about 7 hours from the showcase

Just got back from the showcase and of course everything was wonderful! The chairs at the estate along with the new carpet is great! I cannot wait! By best friend who also got married at the estate last year said the chairs look so good! And by the way we booked Long Island sound after hearing them at the showcase!! One of the girls modeling bridal gowns was wearing the dress I love love love and will likely get! I chased that poor girl around snapping pictures! She must think i am crazy!What a terrific day!

I was there last night too...and that food was so good... i like the chairs although they are different than what i told they would be, and i saw the carpet the BM took a sample out of the closet...and it is sooooo pretty...green with roses...very beautiful!
That DJ Was fabulous last night! Congrats to those who booked them!
I think the girl who won the wedding was Rosline??? something like that...She seemed so excited ! Very happy for them..it is a wonderful thing to win something to great!
I had fun! and now the weekend is filled with vendor appts.

I forgot!
I went to book the Ambassador Suite for the night of the wedding...and IT IS ALREADY BOOKED! I waited too long. All they had available was a two bedroom with jacuzzi...but why would I need a two bedroom on my wedding night??? LAdy said so my girls could get ready in the room...they will already be dressed and i dont nreally want them in there anyway...Oh well...traditional room it is...that room is very lovely too...only thing is that it doesnt have a jacuzzi...no biggie just thought it would be nice
