Re: East Wind Brides

maybe you know...

if we have already added upgrades and want to eliminate one in order to cut prices, is that possible..

I feel like we are paying a ridiculous amount of money especially because of the upgrades we have and i can prob get rid of
one...

what do you think?

HMMMMMM is it on the signed contract??? I can;t see why they couldnt take that off, there is soo much time it's not like the wedding is next month, did u sign the contract with shannon?? she is the best i saw her on mothers day, she remembered me & my family from last year & she has been very helpful.......

I hear ya i, we didn't use any upgrades, maybe the cake.....I really really wanted the choc fount. but it was $$$ like $595 to rent & $1 extra PP, i guess that isnt 2 bad, but i just dont wanna waste $595 on melted choc that could go toward spending $$ on the honeymoon...haha

I met with Elizabeth the owners daughter. She was good. When we went yesterday, Mike gave us the chocolate fountain for $495 and we opted not to get the cake so the $1 per slice will go towards the fruit.

I was thinking we can do either the sushi bar or the seafood boat to save the cash on both- my parents said it is fine, but now i am thinking they are prob not both necessary

oh and i the BM i met with was frank- i dont know, i guess we can see what he'll do for us

i love the choc fountain, but i have images of people nicluding myself in my white gown wearing chocolate...

Re: East Wind Brides

Completely off topic but...

Anyone know how big the tables are in the Inn...I am starting to look for florists but need to know how many centerpieces I will need, right?

Oh and Nicole, talk to Frank about downgrading...I wouldn't think it should be an issue as long as you at least stick with the menu you picked....He was so nice, I am sure he will work with you...Let us know how it turns out, ok ?

Re: East Wind Brides

I will- I think out next payment/meeting is in june- so I will let you know it goes!

I dont THINK the tables need more than one centerpiece...

You are very on top of your stuff- I have no clue how many tables I am going to have yet!
jealous!

Re: East Wind Brides

Well I am definetely only going to get one centerpiece per table, but I was trying to see how many tables I would need altogether....

Oh and trust me, I am so behind...I haven't booked anything else but Eastwind ! We are now have appts for DJs, photo and video...I am getting nervous I am falling really behind but I am just trying to take it one day at a time....FI works in the city, so it's hard when making appointments...I know you understand that better than anybody, planning from CT has got to be hard too!!!

Re: East Wind Brides

_LOL- sorry- i thought you meant how many per table- and i was like hmmmmmm thats a question i never thought of!

I think you have to see how many people you have in order to see how many tables and then centerpieces

tables could be 8, 10, and i think 12 per

personally i think 12 is too many
