Way back in June we went to see East Wind for our reception and the staff was so rude. I had a terrible experience there.
I hope those that are having their reception there have a different wedding planner that the one that showed us around.

I was at a wedding there in the summer of 98 (the front building). I thought the outdoor ceremony was beautiful and the service was great. I am not sure if that's because the bride used to work at a catering hall and they knew she was very demanding. I know she was very blunt with what she wanted and they came through. Future brides: make sure you tell them what you expect and you will be fine. All I remember about the food was it was served buffet style. It must not have been terrible or it would stick out in my mind. Make sure you attend a tasting so you can be assured you will like what you pick. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and opinions can change depending on the banquet manager. The maitre'd (spelling?) can also play a big part in how you feel about the wedding day. Express your concerns up front and enjoy the day.
Someone (from this board) was kind enough to forward a sample to me....I think I'd be able to do it on my computer...
