My sister recently got engaged and is looking to have her wedding Jan/Feb 2009. She's looking at East Wind Caterers. Has anyone been or had a wedding there? Any comments?
Anything would help.
Thanks!!!!

Re: East Winds Catering
I already replied on BHB but here it is again...
Although there can be up to 3 weddings going on at one time, each wedding has their own grounds. So when I am having my wedding at the Country Gardens, I wont be seeing the bride or anybody else from the Estate. Its not like a regular hall where there is one big lobby and then 3 rooms to go from there.
I have never heard a negative thing about East Wind. Even when I went to bok other vendors that had nothing to do with EW, they would rave about how they love working with them. And what would they have to gain from saying that? And although I havent had my wedding yet, so far working with them has been great!

im getting married there as well. i also have never heard a negative thing about them. ive tasted the foor, its awesome. the grounds are beautiful and the weddings are seperated on different grounds. even though in the Inn there are 2 ballrooms, they have seperate entrances and parking lots!! you cant beat that!!!!! what they give you for the price is great also.

Re: East Winds Catering
We had our wedding in the Southampon Ballroom and we didn't have one complaint. They handles everything professionally and everything was exactly the way I pictured it. Even my Dad, who always finds something wrong, was thrilled with everything. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

My brother was married at the estate as was a co-worker. Both were great ! The food was good and service as well. Plus you have the Inn for guests and their spa has received great reviews from some of our friends.
