Easy Chili Cheese Dip!

I'm actually eating it right now...it's SOOO good. Here ya go:

Spread Philadelphia cream cheese on the bottom of a Pyrex plate.
Pour in Hormel Chili (I use the no beans one)
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on chili
Pour in Tostitos salsa ( I use mild )
Sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top.

Put in oven at 375 for 35 minutes or until it's starts to bubble.
Let cool for 10 minutes and dig it with your tostitos!!!

Re: Easy Chili Cheese Dip!

MMmmmmmm,
I actually made a similar one yesterday -
I used a can of re-fried beans because I had no chili, and a container of sour cream and shredded mexican cheese on top - Put it in the microwave a few minutes and voila!!
It was gone in like 5 minutes!

Re: Easy Chili Cheese Dip!

Mine is similar also, and oh so yummy. It's good to have alternate recipes in case you are out of ingredients when you want it.
Mine is with:
cream cheese
salsa
refried beans
cheddar cheese

PS. If you have only made it with sour cream, do try it with cream cheese once. It gives it a richer taste, as well as color.
